FC Meeting in Brussels,
5-6 November, 2005
The Federal Committee Meeting took place on 5-6 November 2005 in the Eastman building of the European Parliament in Brussels. The Federal Committee elected a new Secretary-General – Friedhelm FRISCHENSCHLAGER.
As in previous Federal Committees, members split up into 3 Political Commissions, covering the following issues:
* PC 1: Towards the European federation,
* PC 2: Europe and its citizens – The internal policies of the Union,
* PC 3: Europe in the World – The external policies of the Union.
PC 3 was joined by members of the World Federalist Movement Council, who were meeting in parallel, and passed a joint resoultion.
