The last meeting of the UEF Federal Committee took place in Brussels, 13 April.

Guest speaker Ulrike Guérot, political scientist and Head of the Berlin office of the European Council on Foreign Relations, pleaded for a constitutional Europe (listen to the speech "The European Republic is under construction").

Draft Fundamental Law of the European Union and Draft Manifesto for UEF Congress were debated in plenary, followed by the adoption of one resolution on Defence.

Horitzó Europa president shared the progress of its candidate section, followed by Lithuania and Montenegro candidate sections, both accepted by the the Federal Committee as full member organisations of the UEF.
