UEF ACTIVITY KICK-OFF MEETING 2017

UEF’s annual Activities Kick-Off Meeting will once more gather members of the UEF Bureau, Secretary-Generals (and/or Presidents) of UEF member organisations (or their representatives) and the Chairs of the Federal Committee’s Political Commissions and working groups to kick-off UEF’s activities after the summer break.
The meeting will be devoted to the implementation of our political priorities and the development of our work plan for the next 12 months.
Each national section is kindly invited to do its best to participate with its Secretary-General or President or other representative.
PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
There is no participation fee for this event and lunch and coffee breaks are provided by UEF.
The common dinner on Saturday evening is optional (25€) and should be reserved at the time of the registration. Please note that, in the event that you register and select the dinner and eventually do not attend, you will be still be requested to pay the 25€.
Travel reimbursement is available as follows:
A partial travel reimbursement is available for (a) secretary generals, presidents or other representatives of national sections, (b) members of the Bureau, and (c) chairs of political commissions and working groups of UEF and JEF Federal Committees.
The reimbursement will be paid for the part of the travel costs above 50€up to a maximum of 200€ (provided that low costs airlines are used, whenever available). Participants are kindly requested to provide their original travel ticket, hotel bills and other subsistence costs as evidence of participants’ own contribution to the event.
The reimbursement will be paid in cash at the event.
