CONDITIONS
PARTICIPANTS NOT RESIDING IN MADRID
1. Upon notification from the organisers, accepted participants not residing in Madrid will be required to pay a confirmation fee of 100 Euros by Monday 2 February 2015 to confirm their participation:
a. The confirmation fee will be returned by bank transfer upon receiving original travel tickets and receipts.
b. Passed the deadline, all unconfirmed participants will be replaced by other applicants.
2. No participation fee is requested, but no travel reimbursement is provided
3. Accommodation and catering are directly covered by the seminar organisers:
- Friday and Saturday night in double rooms.
- Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner ; Sunday breakfast; all coffee breaks.
4. For those requesting a single room, a surcharge of 60 Euro applies (which covers both nights).
Participants are requested to provide their original travel tickets and receipts as UEF needs to evidence participants’ travel costs as own contribution and co-financing of the event.
