The last meeting of the UEF Federal Committee took place in Warsaw, Poland, 17-18 November. Debate with guest speaker Jakub Wisniewski, Director of the Strategy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, concentrated on the state of the Union and its foreign policy (read the speech "The EU and its discontents"). Discussions in Political Commissions were followed by the adoption of three resolutions. Horitzó Europa was presented by its president Kolja Bienert and accepted by the the Federal Committee as a new candidate section of the UEF.
