Die UEF besteht aus 22 Mitgliedsorganisationen. Diese arbeiten unabhängig voneinander und informieren EU-Bürger direkt über verschiedene UEF-Aktivitäten. Mitgliedsorganisationen können sämtliche europapolitischen Aktionen innerhalb des allgemeinen politischen Rahmens der UEF, frei nach ihren Vorstellungen gestalten.
